AP, a property developer would like to show their expertise of bringing the best value of each space. Thousands of students from rural areas gave up their education because they could not afford the living expenses in Bangkok. Spotting the potential of unsold units in AP condominiums, we transformed them into educational opportunities by renovating and turning them into dormitories containing the highest number of students while maintaining their privacy, quality of life and made them live comfortably together in the sharing spaces. Then, we offered these dormitories to students in need.
